To all our business partners:

By this mean Transportadora Egoba would like to inform you that due to the continuous fuel cost increases experienced in our country, the CAMARA NACIONAL DEL AUTOTRANSPORTE DE CARGA (CANACAR) had been established a criterion to protect the transportation industry.

Effective this September 8, 2008 we are adopting the mentioned criterion and we are adding in all our freight services the concept called Fuel Cost (Cargo por Ajuste de Combustible, CPAC).

The CPAC will be will be adjusted in a continues base according to the diesel price released by PEMEX, in essence this surcharge is the same in use in USA since 2004.

It’s important for you to know that de price of fuel in Mexico had been raise since January of 2007 by 15.03% and, just this year, we had gone from $ 5.93 to $ 6.58 per liter of diesel fuel representing a rise of 10.96%.

Following the CANACAR proposal, the CPAC will be included in our invoices of freight services showing an amount of $ 0.295/km (US$ 0.0295/km).

It is very important to reinforce that CPAC charge is an independent charge to the rates currently in place with all of you.
